Diversity Done Right is a consulting firm specializing in diversity training and professional development for organizations and companies of all sizes. As a project of the non-profit L.I. Network of Community Services, Diversity Done Right offers programs that are participant centered, unifying, experiential and designed for maximum impact with measurable results. Diversity Done Right has the exclusive right to conduct trainings using the Mirror Images video series - the landmark diversity DVD package released in 2005.

We offer a variety of flexible options and all trainings - from your initial confidential assessment, to execution, to evaluation - are carefully planned in partnership with you. Diversity Done Right maintains an extensive roster of highly qualified and skilled facilitators anxious to work with you to customize a training for your site. Fees vary and workshops can be held at our location or yours. We offer train-the-trainer programs, employee workshops and sessions for those who require more intensive diversity training.
